We recently teamed up with Simon on his latest wooden gazebo project to provide bespoke side panels, specifically designed by the customer to suit their needs. So, how does this work?
Measuring Gazebo Side Panels
Simon worked closely with his customer to design the perfect garden gazebo. Once completed, he contacted our team to complete the final step – bespoke gazebo side panels! We recommend measuring your structure once built as we manufacture and work with mm measurements to ensure our products are high quality and made to fit your structure.
Simon provided us with images and measurements and from there, we were able to fine-tune exactly what the customer required. This is a very simple task which can be done at home in a matter of minutes. We have created a helpful ‘Measuring Guidelines Video’ which you can check out below.
Step 1: Measure from the outside of each post.
Step 2: For structures with shared posts, measurements should be taken from the centre of the post.
Step 3: Send us specific measurements and we will provide a free, no obligation quotation.
Step 4: Once order is confirmed, a full design drawing will be provided for approval before manufacturing.

Designing Gazebo Side Panels
We are a company that operates on a fully bespoke nature, which means we can accommodate almost every variable of request for how you would like your gazebo side panels. Attachments – as standard, we include brass eyelets and stainless steel turn-buttons on all panels. These can be positioned to your liking to suit your structure. You want to enjoy the garden at any time of the year but from the comfort of your gazebo? No problem! We offer the option of windows which are made from our clear copex material, so you can look out and enjoy the view.
In addition to windows, we can also include zipped doorways which are a popular choice for easy access. You can simply roll the panels up and secure in place with the welded straps we position at the top of panels.
Installing Gazebo Side Panels

However, don’t worry! We have designed our gazebo side panels to be easily installed at home with or without the need of a tradesperson (sorry Simon). Here is a quick checklist of what you need and why for a smooth installation process:
Tape Measure – used to measure the placement of top fixings for hanging the gazebo side panel in place temporarily before final installation.
Pencil – used to draw the placement of the screws used to attach the eyelets to the structure.
Drill/Screwdriver – used to secure the screws in place on the structure.
